Target: 3,500 micro-entrepreneurs to be supported, creating 17,000 jobs.
Eligibility: Unemployed youth, typically aged 18 to 45 (with relaxations for SC/ST/Women/Special Categories).
Project Limits: Up to ₹50 lakh for manufacturing and ₹20 lakh for service/agri-based projects
